Frequently Asked Questions
Who can benefit from a personalized nutrition plan?
Anyone looking to improve their health in a sustainable way. In general, most people that contact me have one or a combination of the following specific goals:
- Fat loss
- Improved athletic performance
- Muscle gains
Note: If you are looking for nutrition guidance in order to address an illness or disease, please consult a specialized doctor. Get in touch with me and I will be happy to give you my recommendations for who to contact.
I prefer to eat [insert dietary preference] - will this work for me?
Absolutely! The nutrition education I provide is applicable to all healthy diet types - from traditional to vegan, vegetarian, paleo, ketogenic, and others.
My goal is to have the diet work for you, instead of you working for the diet.
Why is this nutrition program so successful?
It's simple - each plan I send out is always personalized to the exact needs and lifestyle of the individual. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to eating.
Instead of trying to make sense in a flood of nutritional information (that may not even be applicable to you specifically), you'll get simple guidance from someone who knows what to eat and, just as importantly, how to stick to it.
What makes it better than so many other options out there?
The fitness industry sometimes seems like a pool of sharks looking to sell you a quick subscription, ebook or supplement and be done with you.
When you sign up for nutrition counseling with me, you'll be in the hands of a dedicated professional who's
certified,
experienced and
knowledgeable.
Let's be clear - my goal is to get you in the best shape of your life in a timely and healthy manner - and coach your friends and family after they see the progress you've made! That's a win for everyone.
How much will this cost me?
You tell me! At the end of each month, take a look at the guidance I provided in your transformation journey, and decide what that service is worth to you. This is the definition of perfect value and goes against the fitness industry practice of "money first, results later" (if at all).
There are no strings attached, the only thing I ask for is fairness and honesty when you set the price - and I promise to deliver the same.
I decide the price? Cool! But... are you crazy?!
Putting the question of my sanity to the side for a moment, consider that perhaps money is not always the top motivator.
Personally, I find great fulfillment in helping people get in the best shape of their life. Doing my work in the
Gift Economy is the only thing that truly makes sense.
